Located in the heart of Rajasthan Ajmer is a small town with a very interesting past and in todays world growing facets of growth and development in aspects of Culture, Education, state and privately owned Industrial & infrastructure establishments coalesce towards the fascination for trade tourism and investments in the district. Ajmer is the fifth largest city of the state of Rajasthan, located 135 km West of Jaipur, the state capital. It is surrounded by Aravali Mountains. It has hot-semi arid climate. April to July are summer months with average temperature of 30 °C while average temperature range from 15–18 °C during winter months of November to February. The city is selected for HRIDAY – Heritage City Development and Augmentation Yojana of Government of India. It is an important junction on broad gauge Jaipur-Ahmedabad line.
