​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Jalore is a district of Rajasthan state in western India. There are seven tehsils namely Jalore, Ahore, Bhinmal, Raniwara, Sanchore, Sayala and Bagoda in Jalore. Economy of Jaloer is based on animal husbandry and agriculture. Jalore has been a sacred place of the Jains. Shaiwa and Jaina were two important religions of this region, Jalore district is famous for the dances performed by the Bhil tribes. Bhil tribes are a traditional tribal group from the southeast corner of Rajasthan. Dhole Bhil dance is most popular in this district. The main attractions of the district are Jalore Fort, Sundha Mata Temple and Jain temples of Adinath, Mahavira, Parsvanath and Santinath. Besides sightseeing places, granite slabs and mojaris also attract tourists to the district. Jalore is called the Granite Capital of Rajasthan; it is famous for its high quality granite. Galore has a wide the Granite Capitalhe industrial sector that has to be exploited properly. The main item produced in Jalore district is Granite tiles and slabs. In Jalore, many schools and colleges are operational which are proving quality education to the people of the town. Healthcare facilities are also available in the district.
